Mitrefinch has successfully project managed more than 4,000 workforce management system implementations for some of the world's leading organisations.
Our procedures are designed to give the customer maximum control of their project, with the minimum disruption to their business.
To begin, we will assign a dedicated Project Manager as well as a Software Engineer to ensure a clear line of communication and continuity throughout the installation process.
The Project Manager will then schedule a Consultancy Day with the customer and key stakeholders to document the the customer’s specific system requirements. Potential problems or road blocks are identified and incorporated in the Project Plan.
Following the Consultancy Day the Project Manager will draft a comprehensive client-approved Project Plan to ensure that nothing is overlooked in relation to the organisation’s system needs.
The Project Manager will also identify a Client Project Leader within the organisation who can correlate the requirements from different sections of their business.

Onsite training is recommended to maximise user uptake and understanding of the Mitrefinch Workforce Management system.
Before we create our tailored training plan we always evaluate the technical skill levels of those who will actually use the software on a daily basis. We need to factor in user computer literacy and familiarity with similar applications and software as this will impact the end users’ speed of adoption.
We then design and develop our training programmes to match the level of familiarity with the software that the trainee will need to have on a day-to-day basis. To support new employees or to refresh skills, ongoing training can be provided.
All system users are invited to attend one of our annual user group sessions. These sessions provide an opportunity to receive further training, industry updates and take part in forums on new product development.
